Gillian MacLaren Jacobs

Gillian MacLaren Jacobs, born on the 19th of October, 1982 is an American actor from the United States. Her roles include Britta Perry (NBC comedy series from 2009 to 2015), Mickey Dobbs (Netflix romantic comedy series Love (2016)-2018) as well as Atom Eve (Amazon animated series Invincible 2021). Mimi Rose Howard played a regular role in the fourth season of the HBO comedy series Girls (2012 to 2017). Gillian MacLaren Jacobs was born on the 19th of October, 1982, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Her family was the owners of the Erie Brewing Company (not to be confused with the later brewery of the same name), where her grandfather, John Martin Magenau Jr. was the president and CEO until the company ended in 1978.Jacobs started studying acting at the age of four and attended weekend acting classes at the Pittsburgh Playhouse while growing up. She was an actor with the Pittsburgh Public Theater, where she was a regular participant for the public's Shakespeare Monologue Contest, leading her to get the role of Titania in the production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Mt. In 2000, she received her diploma from Lebanon High School. After that, she relocated to New York City for the Juilliard School. There, she received a BFA in 2004.
