Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo has been nominated for an
Golden Globe as a stage actress, television and film actor. She was born in
Dallas, Texas, and living in New Jersey, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from
Ohio University. Coyote Ugly was her breakout role. She was seen in "The
Prestige" directed by Christopher Nolan with Hugh Jackman &
Christian Bale, "Because I Said So", and "Because I Said
So" as well as "Because I Said So" featuring Diane Keaton and
Guy Pearce. Alongside "Cheaper by the Dozen", Lena Heady, Matthew
Goode as well as the crime thriller "10th & Wolf" in which
she also starred alongside James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. She starred
alongside Bruce Willis, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Emily Blunt and Jeff Daniels in
Rian Johnson's sci-fi action flick "Looper.". Perabo was Annie
Walker's television part in five seasons on the USA Network's spy drama
"Covert Affairs." After that, Perabo played as Annie Walker in the
USA Network's spy show "Covert Affairs." She can be next seen on Netflix
as "Turn Up Charlie" co-starring with IdrisElba. Perabo also made her
Broadway debut in Neil LaBute's controversial play "Reasons to be
Pretty" which was nominated to the Tony award for the best play. Perabo is
an activist , as is her stage and screen work. Perabo has been an International
Rescue Committee Voice to increase awareness and help those who are displaced
through persecution, war or oppression from the political. Piper lives in Los
Angeles and New York City. She graduated from Toms River High School North in
1994. She was in the school's four musicals. Senior year , she was Katie in Me
in St. Louis, junior year she played Cousin Fan and Lady Brighton in Mame;
sophomore year she was Lady Brighton and Lady Brighton respectively. In her
freshman year, she was a choreographer and dancer in How to Succeed In Business
Without Really Trying. She was high school president for the National Honor
Society as well as the editor for the school's literary magazine, Polaris. As a
dancer in the field show, she was part of the Marinerettes in high school.
